Orders & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
All orders are prepaid. You can pay with the cards, UPI, net banking and wallets shown at checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer COD at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email us at meyaa.india@gmail.com with your order number. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, but our return policy applies.
Shipping
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Do you ship outside India?
We currently ship within India only.
How much does shipping cost?
Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
How do I start a return?
Email meyaa.india@gmail.com with your order number, the item and the reason for return. We will share the next steps.
When will I get my refund?
Every return goes through a quality inspection. Once approved, your refund is initiated within 7 days to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will make it right.

Sizing & products
How do I find my size?
See our Size Guide. If you are between sizes or unsure, write to us with your measurements and we will help you choose.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photos?
Our pieces are handcrafted, so small variations in colour, embroidery and finish are natural and part of what makes each piece unique. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear.
How should I care for my outfit?
Pieces with embroidery, mirror, sequin or bead work are best professionally dry cleaned and stored in a garment bag, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
